Cereal, do you eat the burnt ones?

THIS HAS NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH RACISM.
Hey there guys/girls Ive been wondering how many of you cereal eaters actually eat the burnt ones?
For example you make your self a bowl of Nutri-Grain and while eating you see a couple "darker" or burnt Nutri-Grain's, do you eat them (i personally dont because they are either hard or crunchy) or push them to the side of your bowl like me. ^_^

 

I've never noticed this 'phenomenon' but I usually eat anything in the bowl.

i mean overcooked isnt bad unless its un-eatable...

Well when i see black cornflakes in my bowl I sometimes eat and sometimes dont, It all really depends how black/bad it looks.

 

You are telling me you have never come across a piece of cereal like the one pictured below?

 

Never. And if the phenomena was to jump out of my bowl, I would likely eat it. (How ever much like droppings it does look)

Funny stuff, i know exactly what you mean dude! I always notice the burnt ones, i just eat them anyway even though they are crunchy and taste yuck (since they are burnt) because i like my bowl to be empty when i finish it lol. I don't like having a couple left, i did feed one to my dog one time but then i felt sorry for my dog thinking "poor doggy, its mean to feed you burnt cereal " so yeah now i just eat them.

 

I eat cereal every night as I go to sleep and I've never tasted/seen a burnt one?

I see one like every 2nd or 3rd time i have cereal, maybe i'm just unlucky?

As for that lonely burnt piece of Nutri-Grain, it sits in my bowl of cereal i ate before, all alone... LOL

 

OMG but see its just like 1 burnt cereal. Don't you feel like just quickly finishing it off? You could swallow it whole.

Also burnt cereal is in every single cereal if no one noticed. Or at least i've noticed them in Nutri-Grain, Corn Flakes, Fruit Loops, Rice Bubbles and Coco Pops.

Rice bubble ones are probably the worse since i once got a pitch black one and i thought it'd be funny if i ate it so yeah when i bit it, i got that awful taste of charcoal in my mouth .

I don't like cereal. So, I would never know... I doubt it'd hurt you if you ate it though.

I rarely have cereal.... but in my whole life ive never seen one...
besides - Id probably eat it.

 

This thread reminds me of the time a kid traded a 126 account for boxes of lucky charms. I think he managed to get close to 30 boxes..
