CDT needs a reshuffle

It's almost like there was an uproar about the Minecraft event where the CDT got slammed and "learned" to listen to the community better - and here we are 1 week later doing the same shit.

Again, it seems obviously the CDT need to get closer to the community, and if we're stripping the right for community members in CDT to not participate with rewards then really that doesn't argue anything related to bringing the community closer. There are specific events where for instance, I would not be able to participate in because I've created said event. As a result I'm completely restricting myself from rewards etc. Often there are times where, like the Olympic event, I did not participate as actively to restrict myself from winning any prize. At the end of the day CDT are community members and if they want to participate in events for prizes we shouldn't limit them for the reason that they applied to a team and put hours of there time and try dedicate effort to create events, organise and plan things for the community. Understandable that you believe we shouldn't participate, and just volunteer without any benefits. I love events, and whether I am in CDT or any other, I'd still participate none the less. iFreshMez is in PR btw.

Not all raps rhyme. Richard knows that. Prior to CDT member/old leaders, they wanted to distant from Richard involving himself in CDT. I don't have any hesitation of him having a say, at times it is necessary for him to do so.


What is the principle? Why was the system "shit"? Already have stated we could of worked better to notify participants of what they were entered into. Entries were accepted, but after further review they did not meet the standards for polls. Perhaps we could of discussed prior the standards, and then messaged those who's stories were not accepted to try again.

I've already stated why there doesn't really need to be a shuffle, as there was a big shuffle already. A lot is still changing in CDT and is a constant working progress, things that are still in the works include the CDT sub-section for the public, re-work on applications etc.

I'm unsure why you're linking staff leaving to CDT related feedback. Roary already knows I would love if he came back. Unfortunately it seems he doesn't want to return. I'm unsure why active staff leaving has much to do with CDT and it needing a reshuffle?

 

You want to "shuffle" CDT because you lost an event.... I sorry man but that seems super petty. You created this entire thread just to start drama. Idk about you but when I log into sythe it's not because I want to read someone throwing a hissy fit because he wrote a losing story. So far I've seen far more positive feedback from the event than negative. It seems as if you are the only person to come out and complain about CDT. If they are such a problem why would you participate in their event in the first place. I'm saying all this from an outside view point as I'm not affiliated with any team members

After having dealt with blade in the past im sure you have had reasoning for not including his.

 

Its way too hostile and I don't want to go and infract everyone for insulting each other, also didn't want it overlooked in the spamforum so sand box seemed like the best solution (serious section where some trolling is allowed)

We just had way too many reports coming in from a single thread to keep maintaining it

 

All of Blade's points were very relevant though. Were the reports just about the language he used?

Mfw the majority of people entered in the Fun-Rank Raffle (a CDT event held for the community) are in the CDT themselves. Hmmmmmmmmm

 

Shouldn't it mean something when long time Sythe and ex-staff members have a bad feeling about the current state of the site and shit that's happening? Just saying, I haven't been around long/involved enough to confirm my thoughts.

Why isn't this in feedback? It's clearly feedback and I see nothing that is worse than what I pulled back when Finn was around.

Also I see no reason for blade's entry to not be included. Seems like a very stupid decision.
