Causemo ban

Hello im requesting some information on my ban. I contacting Rswap and told him to PM an admin or post a thread telling them to ban my account because my account and skype were recently hacked and I did not want any harmful doings to occur. I was just wondering what I could do to proceed getting the accounts email back in my name and my password changed back as I can see on my original email that the email was changed on the account. I have the email of the hacker aswell as another email he used on my runescape account.
