It's quite old and it's a Dutch commercial. It was on the television quite a while ago to warn kids about the "dangers" of webcamsex and such.

Yeah it's a dutch commercial, not sure about it being to warn people of webcamsex.. surely they would use a 50 year old man to illustrate that rather than his sister :S

Old man would just disgust people when they watch it, the also want the kids to watch it during like a cartoon, then the commercial comes on and they're like "wow, the girls hot on the webcam" only to find out later, it was brother and sister. So you never know who you're talking to on it.
