Catching scammers out. Poop Sickle (Scammer)

So long story short, his selling ikov gp, i told him i'll go first as it's only a small trade of 1b for $1.3 on PP

Anyways long story short, he showed me he has been scammed before. I believed him, decided to go with my gut and go ahead with the trade

Soon as i sent the payment, a minute later he replies (Thank you for purchase) and signs out.

Forgot to perform a user audit on him, he has two previously banned accounts
