Castle Wars halo on a level 3

Just wondering if any of you guys have seen one on a level 3

and what you think about it

 

I almost have one on my Skiller. Not that hard, I also have a Kills cape and a Flags cape with 1 def, range, hp(10), magic, range, atk, str, prayer etc.

 

Nice, I didnt know this was possible.

yea i got kill and flag cape on my skiller

but i think the halo would be sick send me a pic when u get yours ok
