Capture Card For Xbox 360 (HD)

Hey Everyone, I have a Xbox 360 and I play in 780P I think? or 720? And i was wondering that is a good Capture Card to use?
Price Range: 75-140 USD

In that price range, not really a great quality one.
I'll post a link to a complete capture card review thread.
-My personal suggestion is to get a Hava PVR, it's the only card that allows you to record and play in HD. The rest only allow you to play in HD but record in SD.
