Cap the size limit for avatars on mobile

Make the maximum size for avatars on mobile be capped at 96x96. Since there is no desktop option on mobile, it ruins the viewing experience.

Im viewing my GFX Page. The first whole page has no avatars for anyone but the rest of the pages are perfectly fine. Either i'm the problem or idk lol.

 

Oh btw the pages that do have avatars viable are normal now

I feel like your phone might be running out of memory. according to gtmetrix that page is 16.5 mib
