New Phone - Authenticator Locked Old Account

Hello all,

Just got a new phone - have been a regular user on the OSRS Name Trading Forums for about 5 years on and off now.

Updated my username from bigpapaj50 to bigpapa after becoming a donor a few years back.

Cannot get into the account due to not having my authenticator app on my new phone - factory reset my old phone without even thinking about this and here we are.

Please take the 2FA off of account "bigpapa" if it is possible.
