Cant reset pasword

I've tried 11 times, and it sends me the initial email to click the link to change the password, then when I enter the image verification numbers and it says it emails me back it never shows up with the new password. Not in drafts, spam, trash, or inbox. Please help me recover my acc. You can email me a new password at the account's email.
