Can't really play and can't post on forums?

So I created a new account yesterday (it's only 1.98 for membership for first month so why not?) and I can't post on forums it says only members or qualified free players can post -- I'm a member. (not just talking bout 2007 scape forum about forums in general)

And also on 2007scape I dc every 5-10 minutes then it says my account is already logged in for 5 + minutes?

 

some people have trouble if they dont log into EOC first.

 

Also, Jagex ran a bunch of updates yesterday, I think they were trying to clear up the remaining issues, even though they won't admit it this is still in beta, they have to go through and clean up the bugs they missed.
