Can't login to runescape

Hello, i can't login to runescape no matter how long i wait. I still get 'Too many incorrect logins from your address, please wait 5 minutes and try again'

It may have to do with the fact that i had entered a ton of wrong pass's
Is it that i am ip banned?
Or is it because of the amount of wrong users/pass's it increases the time i need to wait.

 

How about you live without your precious runescape for 5 minutes, and wait.

You entered your password wrong too many times.

 

Obviously, i said i waited, so please dont assume things. I've waited one hour and it still was the same but its fixed now.

 

Wait 5 minutes without trying to login within that time period or it will reset, close runescape play a flash game for 10 minutes then come back...

Try entering your password correct on the first go, otherwise your in for waiting awhile for it to reset, still you could take a break in the meantime.
