cant get rid of keylogger

Right, i've had this keylogger for around 4 days now i've tried everything to get rid of it!

I tried spybot, spyware doctor and spyware killer and none of them can pick it up and destroy it.

I opened up the file and deleted it but i know they're still getting my logs because whenever i changed my password they change it and when i log in it says their IP adress

Any help?!

Download Avast! (Just google it) and run a 'Full' Scan.

 

meh just change the dll of the executed file. =.= if you still can't then you better format your pc

Set avast! scan in motion. Delete all viruses, that it will find.

 

I don't think your using Avast correctly. Use the help file to make sure you're using the function right. Use the On Screen Keyboard to type all passwords in (If they're not remembered by your browser(Which they should be!)).

 

Most keyloggers (if not all) detect what you 'type' on on screen keyboard

 

if youve run out of options you can always burn it, thats what i did to my laptop

 

Would you rather he just fucking mash the keyboard.
