can't get email change request

had around 300 accs on one email address. It's been 2 weeks and i still wont get a change request. I was selling accounts and would do the email change that way. But now it's interfering with this little side business I have going here on Sythe, because I can't change the email. I disabled the spam filter and everything. Does this mean I was flagged by jagex, or something along those lines?

 

Is this regarding Sythe or Jagex?
