cant connect to www.vinsert org...

hey me and my friends cant connect to http://www.vinsert.org/forum.php
from any normal broswers when i check http://www.isup.me/ it says its up
so i used a tor client and it worked... my isp is rogers and i live in canada
this started about 12 today

 

Hey, Im using rogers as well but its not our internet provider. its the forums.. It may be down please try to wait 24 hours and try again
