Can't access 2FA! Please help

Hey there, I have frequented sythe on and off since around 2013 when I was in highschool. I recently happened to stumble on my past account I owned here kron whilst I was checking my gmail.

I was able to login successfully to the account last night on sythe.org but was prompted for a 2FA code. My last activity on the account was in 2019 in Vancouver, Canada and I definitely do not have any cell phone / number still associated from that time presumably when I had past setup 2FA. I can share screenshots of sythe.org email coming into my gmail.com account if it assists, please let me know.

Any help would be terrific on being able to get into my legacy account here at Sythe!
