Cannot Find Winsock... Please help

Well, Im making a winsock client & server program.... and I have a setback right from the beginning. I can't find the winsock component. I right click the tool bar thing and click add component, and Microsoft WIndows Winsock Isn't there. Any ideas on where I can find/ download it?

goto ocxdump and download mswinsk.ocx and register it

 

Ok, I attached a file with the 3 files you need to put in your system32 folder. When you put them in there, go to visual basic and browse for the ocx.

 

is says i need the license for this ocx

 

*sorry for double post, How do i register it so that it works?

 

go to start, run, then type Regsvr32 MSWINSCK.OCX

 

that says it's successful, but when I add a winsock to a form it says

"License information for this component is not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment"

help please!
