Cannot create and account in RiD

YEah, so I can't create an account to RiD forums. it cannot connect to the server, try using a different browser or something. I've used Chrome, Opera, IE. Nothing works and my network is working just fine. Anyone know what the problem might be?

This is what it exactly says. I even restarted my router but nothing changed.
