Cannon at Green Drags?

Good or bad?
I tend to lean both ways on the subject.
While you make right ton of money, theres also a good portion spent on cannon balls.

Not counting buying cannon balls, ive made about 1.8 mil in half an hour. Good or bad?

How is it pathetic? Its good money, and loads faster than killing them yourself.

You gave no reason as to why its bad. I bet your one of the level 70's who call 105 + noobs for using it huh?

 

Of course. I consider it nooby because there are plenty of other ways to make money and for most people, green drags is all they know how to do. It is selfish because instead of killing 1 at a time like everyone else, you have to over-do it and take everyones dragons. Also because 90% of cannoners rely mostly on their cannon for kills which is pathetic in itself.

and if your lvl 105 and still at dragons i think there is a problem, but thats just my opinion

 

Sooo, the fact that im probably higher cb level than you, but I'm using a cannon makes me nooby? I think it makes me smart. And I dont really care about being selfish. One at a time, takes to damn long, especially when you have 3+ people competeting over the same dragon.

 

Calculate the cost of your cannonballs/hour and if you're over 500k/hour that's pretty damn good. Also, go ahead and use the cannon at Green Drags because everyone there is botting anyways.

 

First, you have no idea if you are higher combat than me or not. I think it is nooby to use a cannon when there are plenty of other money making methods that are better and more rewarding.

The fact that you need a cannon to compete with those 3+ people makes you more of a noob since its not that hard to click faster than them.

Cannon at drags is just lazy

 

Or maybe your just so much of a noob, that you cant afford the cannon + cannon balls..
And Im pretty sure Im Higher cb, im 128. Maxed melee, 32 summoning. Since theres only 10 levels higher, theres about a 95% chance I'm higher.

Using a cannon is EASIER for BETTER money. Why SHOULD I compete with 3+ People for 7k? And if they werent noobs, they would just A) Click before it shoots or B) Keep attacking until they steal it. And using a cannon, I'm more active than you are. On average it takes maybe 30 seconds to kill a dragon melee, if your low cb, then you wait for 1 minute +. I've got to contantly move around. Doing something thats harder, for less money, is the nooby thing to do.

 

So did you just make this thread to argue with people and call everyone with an opinion different than yours a noob?

 

Green drag cannon people piss me off. Go get a life. But in the end making money is making money.

 

It's good, People may think your a dick but your making more cash then them. I personally only do it on my pure when I need range.

 

To be honest, who cares if it's selfish? You get a ton of XP and money, and you will kill many more than you would with a melee weapon.

It's a game, and some people want to achieve certain things. If these things need to be done by using a cannon, so be it. Just because you probably sit there with your bronze crossbow with bronze bolts, it doesn't mean somebody else can't be better than you.

 

Assuming im a noob because i don't cannon drags is dumb. Its sad that drags are probably the only way you people know how to make money considering how much you defend it.

 

I actually make 70 % of my money pking. I was just trying to get XP while I was making money.

 

For your information, I don't play RuneScape. I thought I would defend it from other people's point of view. I used to play the game, quite alot, but I got bored of it. I agree though, cannoning drags are an awesome way to get XP and money.

 

I hate the idea, I don't even go there though, Cannoning is no hp exp either, if you were in it for range exp and money I'd go to the aviansies.

 

exactly my point. thats much faster and a lot less crowded. plus your not wasting your balls on half killers and noobs

 

Whats the slayer level needed for aviancies?

 

It can be annoying, but if you don't mind criticism, the money is ridiculous, so do what you want, other people do thats for sure =P
