Cannnot Request Username/Pass With AIM email

I tried requesting a password reset on my aim email but it never sent anything, even though it said it did. what should i do now? This is about a year later after posting this same thread asking for help but no reply.

 

I doubt it didn't send anything. You probably had a typo in your alternative email when you first wrote it.

 

email them directly with your problem, or check your mailbox filter settings.

 

If i made a typo, then how did it say "Email Sent". I entered the email which i knew i registered to, and if i didnt register it before by making a typo, it wouldve said that sythe.org doesn't recognize it.
