Can you link me to the actual dataset that was used? Quick google search reveals a lot of spam sites that all point to one website- which doesn’t have the data they are mentioning! I just want the actual data so I can make a judgment for my self.


Additionally, are you telling me from 1850 to 2017, (167 years in total) there were ONLY 3 data points where the temperature cooler in the past compared to now?


167 YEARS. 3 data points.


Surely, there must be thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of data points collected from 1850.


Summary

- if there is data from 1850-2017, there must be thousands and thousands of temperature recording and data points


- why are only 3 very specific dates mentioned? What happened to the other data and why wasn’t that mentioned?


- why is the data set that Blacklock reporter used for this article not public and open access? I can’t find it any where. Surely if they had such damning evidence they’d want everyone to see! Open source the source please.


- these journalists said they did “a very long, intense investigation” on all of this climate data, yet they couldn’t put their findings in a simple fucking excel level chart? What gives?


Please answer these questions. Any attempts at rambling, straw man, or any other bullshit that does not address these faults will not be responded to. I want to have a civil debate.

I simply asked what any sane human would after reading a supposed evidence based news article: check the source, confirm (or atleast identify the existence of) the raw data, and corroborate with multiple other, independent sources.

1. there is no access to the raw data

2. no indication of what methodology was implemented to have an end result of only 3 data points out of 167 years worth of evidence as suggested

3. I cannot corroborate these findings nor the validity of the originating source. All other sources I found led to either the same copy and pasted article or a spam website which led to your linked article.

You claim you are “no expert on the subject”, have not done any independent due diligence to check if what you’re reading is skewed, or if it’s being misrepresented, yet you spew this:
