Apparently I've got scammed by him too. I wen first and sent him $3.5 to his PayPal address (This was done Dec 18, 2009). Then he gave me a PIN that didn't work.
I sent a complain to the Surfpin because I thought that it was just a simple mistake at first. They couldn't tell me any information because I haven't got the phone number that was used to get the PIN.

I won't get anything for this report. At least people will know who to trust or in this case distrust.
