    If a user A puts up 5m 07 gold, the B put up 5.5m,
    User B is xing A.
So the maths behind it is User B gold / 1.1 = User A stake gold.

The whole idea of xing is to even out the odds, but people began to use to gain odds
with 1.1x on = stats, user A would be getting 53% odds vs user B 47% odds, so over a long period of time the xer would eventually make a profit, ( over course of 1000 stakes) even tho both user won 50% of the stakes

This gives an idea of the whole concept, but the math here is wrong. Tbh I'm not even surprised since it's you who is giving the information. If the w/l ratio is 50-50, how do you get 3% house edge with 1.1x?

Odd stakers are aiming for around 4-5% house edge, which means that every single bets return should be atleast in 4-5% of their favor. When you think about a maxed account build (99/99/99/99) and an odd staking account (98/97/98/99) looking for 1.1x+ stakes, with the same max hit the account build is only 2 stats, attack and defence level away from a maxed staker. Maxed staker has now 2 accuracy on the odd staker, but with 10%, and some times even more than 10% smaller bet, the odd staker has the odds of the stake. You can compare it to a casino, pretty much the same concept.

    Here's an example:

User A (a Whale) is looking for a 1000M stake
User B (Whale Hunter) is advertising 20-1000M 1.1x
    User A challenges user B
User A adds up 1000M to stake
User B adds the bet divided with 1.1, so 1000M/1.1=909,09...M ≈ 910M, but most likely user B would add just 900M.

Now when the odds of winning the stake with both A and B are pretty much 50-50, the Odd staker has the advantage because of his 10% smaller bet. 10%/2x90=45M return of the bet, doesn't matter if you lose or win, these amounts add up in the long run, and if you think about doing 1000x of these stakes, your rough estimated profit would be 1000x45M=45 000M = 45B

Obviously the outcome would not be exactly as I said. These are just rough estimated calculations just to give you an idea of how it works.

There are a lot of different things that you have to understand, such as how to calculate who has the odds, the imporance of hitpoints, pid, max hit and the list goes on and on. If you're looking to get into odd staking, make sure you teach your self as much as you can or you'll end up with empty pockets. :p
