    Actually, It Does Not Allow You To Pay For Membership If You Are Not Verified.
    I Have Tried It Before
    It Would Accept Payment.
    A Minute Later, It Would Deny It, And Refund It.

    yeah i tried to use my paypal acc i use for ebay and it didnt work caues i wasnt verified so i just verified using my parents cc
