Can someone help me with vBulletin?

Hey, my friend wants to start a forum (he refuses to join Sythe, or for that matter every other forum) and he isn't going to learn how to use vBulletin or any of the other programs for a website. So, could someone please help me learn how to create a forum for him?

Can someone help me with vBulletin?

Once you have a website that supports PHP/MySQL, download vBulletin and edit config.php.new and rename it to config.php. Then, upload it and run /install/install.php on your server.
