Can someone help me out here?

Alright Sythe, I have a problem, first off I am sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section but anyway, the problem is, I have a RuneScape account, created a while ago probably in 2004-2005 it got hacked about 2 years ago. I then got it back just this last weekend. (I learned how to recover it without knowing recovs) Then someone else must have changed the recovs cause they were definitely not set by me, trying to remove these recoveries, JaGeX locked my account. So I had to wait about 3-4 days then I get it back HOOSAH! Now here is where I am in a bit of a fumble. It wont let me get memebers? I tried over 5 different cards! Nothing. Then I went and made my other account members, no problem and it did it. Any help to why this would do this, and if its fixable how do I fix this? This account is worthless without members. Just a pain to see something like this do that. Thanks.

I'm guessing that whoever was in possession of the account before you recovered it had run up a tab (billing delinquent) with Jagex. Jagex won't allow you to proceed with any new transactions until you have cleared what you owe them already. Try contacting their billing reps.

I think you need to make thought e-gold or mail.

So what your saying is, that the hacker made payment by like, mail or something but never payed or had a credit card that was like illegal or something? and if so does this mean i need to pay MORE?!

How the heck do you get your acc back without recoveries?
And your account, like Wendy said, probably went into the negatives, and won't let you be a member again.

Argh! So does this mean I am forever f2p?!? I dont have messages saying I'm in debt or anything, also I used a little technique called knowing your first passes and first ISP just tell them all the original stuff and they will give it back, didn't know this for the longest time untill I managed to figure it out
