Can someone help me complete Elemental Workshop III

I'm at the very end where all i have to do is make an elemental body and when I try to it say that I have to finish elemental workshop 3 to make. I'm pretty frustrated.

 

That is spam sir. After skimming through some other forums I found out the eoc update caused a lot of quests where they had to be partially completed to make something messed it up. My grammar has gone really dowhill these days, sorry.
