You said I had to pay him. I understand. But the reason I put a downpayment was to play ranked. He says I can't play ranked? What is the point of the downpayment of 5m then. He should be giving my 5m back. He never said no refunds as well. Shouldn't I be allowed to have my money back?

you both agreed to a really stupid deal. you need to pay this guy for the account you bought, and then you can use it as you see fit. i can't force him to let you play ranked because otherwise he'll just change the password and take his account back, and since you two didnt agree to terms about what was allowed during the two weeks when you're coming up with the remainder of the money, i dont see why he should let you use his account without paying. i side with him on this. pay the man.
