Could you please explain your reasoning here?

I reviewed the report when it was still open, and I've taken a second look at it now.

The rule you were linked to in the report - [Approved] Clear all responsibility of accounts after 2 years regardless of TOS - which is explained in detail here: Further Changes to the Accounts Market, actually does not apply because you specify the warranty period in your ToS, see the screenshot above.

You were not required to issue a refund because your ToS states that the warranty period is 30 days.
However, it also states that you will assist in the recovery of the account if necessary, which you refused to do, and this would potentially be TWC worthy.

The reason for your DNT status is that you did not clearly state whether or not you were the original owner prior to the trade, while you were not the original owner and later misled or evaded answers when asked by Fenton and President.

The reason we believe you are not the original owner is because you gave Fenton and President misleading or evasive answers to this question when he asked you twice.

Another reason is your lack of interest in helping to recover the account.

The login email ends with "abv.bg", which is a format used by a known (now banned) account seller called Crazypipe.

These are the reasons why we think you are not the original owner, why we think you lied about it, or at least were intentionally misleading when asked, and why you have DNT.

You can offer a rebuttal or request a pardon.

I will also note that even though the liability was not correctly noted in the original report, I believe that the account buyer may be owed a refund because you did not inform him that you were not the original owner, and this is something to think about if you do not offer a sufficient rebuttal and decide to request a pardon.

We do not issue permanent bans upon request.

@MAGZ on this sign of cooperation with resolving the matter by refunding the buyer, I brought it up with other staff members to get a second opinion and we agreed on a position that a refund is in place here.

The amount owed is $89.1 USD, see the screenshot below.

MAGZ decided not to pay back.
iFenton can apply for a refund from the CRF.

MAGZ, you are not acting in accordance with the DNT philosophy. Users with a DNT rank should make an effort to reintegrate into the community, including at least attempting to establish a refund process.
Over the past few days, you've demonstrated the opposite by pretending to be interested in making restitution, trolling your account buyer, and later having fun posting your conversation on the Sythe Discord server.

This behavior is unacceptable and ultimately a waste of everyone's time.
I'm banning you for 1 month.
The debt is valid, if you ever decide to request a pardon, you can send the money to the CRF BTC address.
Fenton will have no further need to communicate with you.
