Can runescape "reset" accounts.

they can, there was once a
macroer called xxcavalierxx or something like that
and he macroed all his stats to divine levels.
then instead of rs banning him they reset his account completely
he did vow to return and do it again but no ones heard of him since.

 

probably your own mistake or something.

 

I don't think so. But they couldv'e mistaken you for somebody else.
