    Hey, could i pk with dds, d scim, rune plate + legs, climbers, str ammy, neitiz helm, barrows gloves, rune def, etc etc

    I wouldn't. If you strength was UNPOTTED at 84, you might be decent. I'd get 99 strength and then; but still you wouldn't be that much different from the rest.
