Can I modify an items looks?

Hey,

I'm wondering if I can modify an items looks by using any sort of program like cheatengine or something.

Obviously change would only be visible for me but that's exactly what I want.

For example I'd like to make a random cape appear as a kiln cape or something when wearing it.

Anyone have experience with this?

 

What would this be needed for?

I doubt there is a program available for this, it would be useless.

 

As far as i'm aware no, you have no local info on items as far as i'm aware so don't think so.

Best you can do is cosmetic overrides.

 

Yeah a cosmetic override is basically what I'm trying to do but the reason I want this is because I'm too lazy to actually get the items I want :C.

I know of changing items looks in inventory and stuff but I'm not sure if I can it with an item I'm wearing.

 

A client would be needed for that, one that has the option to altar the appearance of your items only to yourself. There is no client like this, and I don't think one would ever be made to do such. There isn't much incentive, or sense to create one.

 

Not that I know of, the closest you can come is by getting a dragon keepsake box.

 

No I don't think there is anything that can do this around.
