Can I do anything about this?

Well I have a paypal account its verified and all. They dont believe me that im who say I am..well I called paypal about a month ago I had an account for a few months it didnt get limited or anything i had $0.00 then on November I received a payment from one of my advertisers of $54.74 and the next day my paypal is limited due to unusual account activity wtf!? I mean they could of done it before but once I received my payment bam its like being banned by jagex after subscribing to members after you botted.

Well I called them up 2 days after November and my paypal was unverified then. I told the man I could verify my address and add my credit card he said ok..

then i told him wil my limitation be removed after i only add credit card and my address verified and not to add a bank account he said we would remove the limitation from your account after you only add a credit card and verify address...

I did that around December and called them up this time I got transfered like 13 times maybe? until i got to this one lady and talked to her about it that one of there workers said they would remove my limitation only if I add credit card and verify my address. She said I cannot do that unless you verify yourself but I freaking did I dont have a bank account god...then she started getting an attitude with me so I said fuck you and hanged the phone up..

can I press any charges I mean the man or paypal worker provided me with false information he lied wtf..this sucks i hate those scums..

and now they got my money on hold she said they will be released after 190 days wtf do they do with the money i never freaking traded anything all i did was receive my first ever payment and the sender is verified god..

 

Assuming you live in the United States, you are entitled to trial by jury in any case that exceeds $20, (It's in the constitution). I suppose you could file suit with Paypal, but I don't know how effective it will be. I would say call them back, and remain calm when you talk to them. Ask them specifically what you need to do. If they say you need a Bank Account, go get one. It takes only a few minutes. Verify the account, and get your money.

Responding with "Fuck You" was probably not the best way to handle the situation, however I can understand your frustration with them.

 

Man, that's really terrible..

All I can suggest is telling them you're not afraid to take this to court. This could damage their image, and they should give you what you deserve. If they do take you to court, however, the price on lawyers may not be worth the $50 you are after.
