Can he still recover?

Hi, so I bought a pure a while ago from a friend of a friend. I know my friend irl but idk the guy who i bought it from irl. My friend is really good friends with the guy i bought it from and he lives in the same city as me. So basically when i bought the account I got all the orginal info and i was on vacation for a while and i had all the info on my home desktop. So during vacaction i log onto rs to find my password has been changed and i couldnt recover it using my set recoveries and i didnt have the original info with me. So the hacker waited untill my pin was reset and took all my rsgp/valuable items. So could this hacker of been the seller? theres also a chance i got keylogged because I got mems and transfered emails so i remember clicking on jagex email links a few times.

If I know all the accounts info and its been registered to my email for almost 2 months can he still recover?

And how do I know for sure that the info he gave me is the original info? instead of info thats not original but it can still recover account?
