ive just done a trade with accelerated who is yet to come up on their side

 

I'm sorry to hear that, it could be possible the user hasn't been online yet to finish the trade? I can't vouch as I've not performed a trade with them but I hope it works out! There could be a reasonable explanation, you never know.

Nope almost two weeks and still nothing, been online updating other threads, but not completing our transaction. Even if I got what I paid for now, still wouldn't vouch.

 

post in the report a scammer section if he has still not followed through. You can also click on his profile and then click view all threads started by user and look for a vouch thread

 

How long is a respectable time to wait, before you do that?

 

If it's been 2 weeks i'd probably start posting.

i have posted in that vouch thread,
because in reality sny longer than a few hours is far too long. especially as they go offline immediately after payment, and then post the next day

 

Well yes that's true, like on Neopets a transaction is usually done within the same hour - they should PM if they have an urgent matter no attend to. Mind me asking what you bought?

 

not at all. just some mps, totalling about 20mil. asked for $40 USD and i was more than happy to send it. i know it wsnt the absolute best deal ever. but just a bit sad my first experience was a bad one....

Charging back will only work if you used a credit card to pay for the transaction. If you paid using gift, chances are, you won't get your money back because the only option available for you will be an unauthorized transaction. Paypal looks at IP addresses and most of the time (based on my experiences, so if anyone says otherwise, then oh well), the attempt will be unsuccessful.

If you paid for goods / services, then you may have a chance.
