Can anybody help? I have a serious problem.

I know.

I just don't know what to do. All my friends have school, homework, chores, and can never hangout.

They actually have lives. I don't.

 

Maybe it's a guilty conscious. What did you do to get expelled? Maybe you just can't live with your dad hating you?

Sounds like there's external factors rather then just some video game craze or etc.

I wrote my feelings about school and teachers... on the walls of my school. Not my brightest idea, But I was so pissed at life. Now it's even worse.

I can't really live with my dad period, I hate him. One day he beats me up so bad that I get knocked out, The next day he brings home a new video game for me? He's just a mood-swinging asshole.

I just seriously don't know what to do anymore.

 

Try confronting your parents about these problems. I think you'd also need some psychological help as well m8. Something inside just isn't right and your body is reacting.

 

Find friends outside of school? and if their in the house 24/7 i dont think they have lives either

Try looking for teen help hot lines. Yeah they seem lame but they really can be somewhat effective (so I'm told). I think it'd really be helpful m8.

It's not really pride, It's the fact that I don't want everyone to know I'm a complete psycho and a screw up.

Plus, if my mom found out about all these problems, She'd think for sure I'm suicidal.

Well as for your boredom and shit like that your 14 you sit at home and do nothing all day. If your allowed on the pc why not become productive and learn a programming language? or learn like graphic art or something that interests you. Sell the 360 it's obviously not helping. You know one thing that I found out when I was about 15, talking to your parents helps a lot! Let them know that you know you screwed up and let your mom know that your not suicidal if your not if so then get help immediately. With Insomnia there's a movie called The Cure for Insomnia look it up, It's like 30 hours long or something and it's made for you to fall asleep.

I know nothing about programming, no desire to learn.

Graphic art doesn't interest me either.

I like to BMX, but even if I sell the Xbox I can't afford a BMX bike. Not a good one, anyways. And for the hardcore pounding I want a bike to take, a cheap walmart one won't cut it.

Maybe get a girlfriend? You got expelled from school and most chicks like badasses so maybe that will help.

The only reason you have Insomnia is because you don't have a schedule anymore. (school) just like on sundays when its time to go back to school, and you cant sleep because you stayed up all night on the weekends. Most of the time people who go to a Dr for Insomnia often just don't have sleep patterns. Put yourself on a sleeping schedule and see if it helps. It might not for the first couple nights, but give it time.

But if people don't go out enough / are gone all day, and therefore don't become tired, tend to stay up a few days in a row, sometimes.

I'm returning my Xbox tomorrow, and I will be buying a pocket bike. It's not really exercise, But it's fun and will get me out of the house.

after that just bang her. and im serious. this isnt a spam. or my 2nd advice go to a familys house or friends house and chill or some shit. if u have a neighborhood pool, try that.

Pick up a sport, you'll get in shape, be healthier, fill in the empty time you have, and you'll have fun.

 

You may or may not believe me, but smoking marijuana(not necessarily getting high) before bed really helps you relax and go to sleep. Just smoke 1 bowl to your face before you go to bed, and you should be good.

It is prescribed medicinally for people who have insomnia.

As far as the overeating goes, try not to eat anything if you're just bored. It's not a good habit to get into and you can train your body so that you don't have to be eating every hour on the hour.

Also, it may be hard for you to exercise, but it helps a lot if you do get outside and burn some calories. This will also help you sleep at night, since you will most likely be burnt out at the end of the day.

For your family, I would try to explain to them that maybe if they were a little more sympathetic to your needs, then you wouldn't be so down in the dumps all the time. Explain to them that you have problems in your life, and having parents that hate you isn't going to help your problems.

Try not to act "crazy" and hysterical around your parents, and just try to show them in a reasonable manner that you are having issues, and you need help.

You may need to seek psychological help, but if you do some of the things I mentioned, it may help you out.
