    Can a warning point be removed/expire?
    I have a warning point from 2016 (for spam) and was wondering if this will expire. I hate seeing it everytime I go to my profile.

    Your warning point has already expired. It will just stay there forever (as a reminder :p)

    I have 3 on my profile, but don't try to outnumber me.
