Can a mod look into "Ragboys is here"

Edit: "Ragboys is here" appears to be fake vouching

He suspiciously unsolicited PM'd me about accounts he is selling (I'm not even interested in buying an account) and I looked at his vouches and he's apparently sold a number of accounts, most of which to newcomers or accounts that have like a few posts, and the vouches are almost identical, like they were all typed by the same person.

So if his IP and the other newcomer account vouches could be checked by a mod or something that would be awesome, just don't want to see someone get scammed. Also the high level OSRS main 2k+ total with infernal he's selling for 600m is stupid cheap, and is a red flag right there.
