Soo..I wanted to be a UE,and dalpra said i was going to get a forum ban,Plagerizing is copying it from word to word,is this not true?

In theory, rewording an article to make your own is not directly plagiarism. It just violates the spirit of the definition.

Then again, how can anything be determined to be yours? Anyone can come up with the same idea, it could all be coincidental. There's 6 billion people in the world, the same idea has to be thought of at some point. I'm not talking about your situation but in general.

I'm sure that person had perhaps gotten inspiration or the idea from someone else, isn't that plagiarism? Eh, it's controversial.

But next time you want to bring something up to the attention of the staff, just PM somebody. I don't recommend bringing it up to the public as it causes a lot of flaming.

 

In my school plagiarism still counts if you only changed a few words around. Plus you wrote the disclaimer.

 

I agree with Roy. It isn't DIRECTLY stealing others work, but it goes against it.
