hey, piggybacking off this thread because I was having an issue but that issue ended up resulting in me finding out that I can't create threads nor send pms. Could you look into that?

File a bug report also. I'm afraid I can't help immediately as we're abstaining from tinkering until additional cache imports are done although I imagine it'd be a permissions issue. Sorry for the inconvenience in the mean time.
