    Calories burned?

Well I don't know if you can figure it out or not but I'm just kind of wondering if someone could figure out how many calories i burn, during a 2 mile bike ride? I'm usually riding my mountain bike on 5th gear. Could anyone possibly give me an estimate? =\ Sorry for wasting your time if you cannot figure this out.

    Thanks.

I would say maybe 100 *give or take* Calories Approx.

If you are looking to loose calories, try to not take the easy way when it comes to working out. Run instead of jog/walk (it makes a huge difference). Lift weight and most importantly; EAT LESS. If you're eating a single chocolate bar a day, that routine of biking 2miles will be useless.

I doubt he'd be peddling the whole way as you can just go super fast and literally sit on the bike until it slows down again and repeat.

Ya, that's true, and he's only going 2 miles. Should take less than an hour. So your 100 calories is probably close. Which means, he's practically doing nothing! :p
