When I first contacted him for his well trained blood alt ( with 99 mining and crafting), he first made sure to repeat his ToS and had everything well explained.
Unfortunately I myself ran into an issue with the payment where I couldn't proceed for at least 2 days. He was then very kind and patient with me.

Once I had the amount of 200m OSRS gold paid, he immediately let me change the registration E-Mail and sent the login/registration information right after.
