After this incident, in which a user got scammed $2,000 you mysteriously vanish for a few days. Hours after making this thread calling out your partner on his lies, you suddenly come back, confirming my suspicions even more.

But hey, now that you're back, maybe you'd like to address my points on this thread, specifically the conflict of interest part.

I come back from a lovely break to find out this happened. Why does this not surprise me one bit. It doesn't take a rocket scientist by now to realize both leanbean and roary are dishonest and corrupt. I called this shit MONTHS ago and will keep doing so until resignations/demotions are in place.

Conflict of interest: Why did Roary handle this report? It's equivalent to a judge whose son was involved in a crime handling the case/ ultimately deciding the verdict. It is no secret they are best buds. Leanbean is/was Roary's only business partner on Sythe. They hang out together on Skype chat 24/7 (with other undesirables e.g - johng). The only reason why leanbean was promoted in the first place was because of his relationship with an admin. But that wasn't enough. He was then promoted to global status after what... 2 weeks as serving as a sectional?

Rules apparently don't apply to staff: I agree with what was said earlier. If it had been anyone else in leanbean's shoes they would have been immediately banned until a thorough investigation was completed. Just because one person checked the transaction history of one paypal account doesn't mean shit and is irrelevant. What's next? Is Roary going to use his mom as an alibi saying that her son was with her folding laundry the entire day this happened?

Fabricating rules: Yet another instance of mods taking advantage of the loopholes in the rules and interpreting when they see fit. Just like how a couple months ago I was banned by the same people involved in this incident for - and I quote - "emotionally harming a user". It's no different in this case. Just because there is nothing in the rules that specially state how long a PM is valid for, leanbean (and I presume he has someone else working with him) gets away scott free.

I could go on and on but it's pointless. The situation involving Leanbean is sketchy as fuck to say the least, as there are WAY too many coincidences. Such as waiting until AFTER someone came forth with a report saying they were scammed $2,000 and THEN announcing that his Skype had been hacked - really???????? I can understand him not being banned because of his connections with staff, but the least someone can do is slap him with a TWC until this is thoroughly resolved.
