@Tmoe I think you're confusing TC related projects with CDT, but the general concept of RSPS now lays with TC and how they want to work and create that.


Anyways, if anyone is genuinely interested; You can base your applications on these questions below, but you're free to give any beneficial understanding of why/how you can be good for the job - be creative. We want people that actually want to change the community for the better, want to see things done, and want a good change to the CDT. I.E. you have to actually be useful, and do things. Activity is key.

I work full time, Monday-Friday (8a-4:30p EST). I have a career in agricultural solutions. During those hours I am reachable, but not fully available.

 

What are these actual useful things that you need people for going to be tho?

What does the job entail

 

I'm pretty good at sitting in discord not doing anything and trollin' about. That qualifies for a purple discord name right?

 

We lookin for 1 or 2 new people who would like to take on a project (event) themselves and act as the project manager

So that would be your role fam

 

Participate actively in what the CDT does.
Events. Promote new events, new different approaches to enticing the community, manage projects.
Votes. Applications, events etc.
Making a difference in the community. Through stickies, contributions, discussions etc.
Actively encouraging community incorporation in events, discussions^, helping new comers or members where necessary.
You want to see change, you best shout to get it.
You think you're active and reliable.. You don't see enough happening?
You want to be apart of a team based on equality?
You want to participate in community dev teams and try to combat actions and task that are placed in front of you.
Sitting back and being pretty is not going to do nothing for you.
We want active community members that want a change and want a difference.
People who feel they can be useful and will get things done and actually do things.

We want anyone with any type of skill set, good at GFX? good at spreadsheets? want to see an event of your own and to be regularly ensuring events are prominent, active? helpful? good insight, knowledge of the forums, the community and team working abilities. Show us you're creative, passionate and want a difference, are motivated and dedicated to getting a change.
