Briefly explain the trade: I bought his account for $35 USD (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1239740). Trade went smoothly and he even kept talking to me on MSN.
How they scammed: calleball3 sold me his account (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1239740) and after I told him about leveling a shaman to 85 and having 13000 gold on the account now. He proceeded to steal the account. He changed the email from mine to his. I know this because I tried to log in with my usual name and password and it wasn't working. So I went to reset the password and it said it could not find my username and password. So I input his email that I had for him to reset it and it said it sent a confirmation email. This is after I asked him if he was interested in buying his account back because I had to focus on some things and didn't have as much time to play. I told him I leveled a Shaman to 85 and now had 13,000 gold on the account. So its kind of suspicious that this happened right after I tell him this.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I always talked to him on MSN messenger. His username is [email protected].

Edit: He said he was going to call Blizzard and look into the issue after he got home from school. Has not logged in all day.
