Because back then some of the americans treated black people or people having a different skin colour then white badly. They even formed clubs (KKK) to try and relinquish blacks. Some of them were in favor with getting rid of black people, while others tried to help black people. Thats why they have a black history month to remind people that all of human kind are equals. And how the black community won there freedom of equality.

Good thing we asians came late, cause an eighth of asian population would probaly be down.

i totally agree blacks are abusing the rights that came with what happened 300 years ago they think that if we have something "white" that its automatically racist i mean theyre taking advantage of what were offering to them. it is so true i get called a cracker all the time i mean even by my friends , its all because blacks have made it seem like a harmless word. no black kids in my school get in trouble for calling me a cracker. but if i were to say nigger i would be suspended for a week

 

You people just don't understand that them calling you a cracker and you calling them is a totally different thing. Whites have had it easy except for as Shinoda pointed out the Irish but I doubt most of you are Irish. Seriously its not a big deal.
