Cabby's MM Application: Getting Proofs

I'm filling out this middleman application because I wish to be a free and trusted MM. Please ONLY vouch if you know and trust me or have used me as a MM before. Thanks =]

How I do things;
Please. Have the buyer and/or seller ready when you contact me.
Also be prepared to tell me your RSN, Sythe Name, and E-Mail.
You will have to verify this information so don't lie.

Account Trades;
First, we will all talk about the trade via-MSN. We will also make sure both of the traders agree on what is about to be traded. After that is all situated we then will start the trade.
Step 1; We will meet in runescape at a selected place and the buyer will give me the gold. I will then open a trade screen with the seller and show he/she the gold so he/she knows that I have it. I will then decline the trade with the buyer.
Step 2; The seller and I will open a private conversation away from the buyer and talk about the account details. After the seller has done that I will go and verify all of the given details. If they are correct, on to step 3.
Step 3; I will then ask the buyer a series of questions, provided below.
Question 1; What level is the account the seller is selling you?
Question 2; Is it a member or not?
Question 3; Does it have recoveries?
Question 4; Does it have a bank pin?
I ask the buyer this because when we are talking the seller should tell the buyer this information. With the information given I will then verify that too. If all goes well I will give the buyer the account and the seller the money.

Pin Trades;
Step 1; We will all meet on runescape in a designated world and place. The buyer will trade me the gold and I will show the seller the gold to confirm I have seen and recieved it. If this goes as planned go to step 2.
Step 2; I will open up a chat window with the seller and ask the following questions.
1. PIN Type?
2. Country?
3. Phone #?
4. Pin #?
After I've recieve that information, I will ask the buyer for a link to enter the pin number.
Step 3; I will go enter the pin and if it's valid the buyer has his membership days. I will then give the gold to the seller and the trade is over. If the pin information is incorrect the buyer would be given back his gold and the trade is over.


Gold Trades; (12M+)
Step 1; We will all meet on a designated world and designated place on runescape. The seller will trade the gold over to me and I will show the buyer that I have recieved the gold. If I have recieved it, step 2.
Step 2; I will ask the buyer to send the money to the seller and ask the seller to tell me when it's recieved. If it's received, step 3.
Step 3; After the seller confirms he has the money, I will trade the gold over to the buyer. The end of that trade
