I like it tbh.. im trying to add like a big crack around the sythe on the floor (i kno what i mean )

It's alright. The lighting on the words needs to be improved though and you should look into things like fillet caps to make them more visually interesting.

Increase ambient light, and add a little variety. Play with material settings, reflectivity, etc. hell change up the size variation in the glowing spheres. Just do SOMETHING other than glowing balls and text, add more than two types of materials

Work on subdivs and rendering settings and maybe learn DoF too

It looks pretty nice but the colors aren't going together. Well it looks pretty nice for your second attempt

 

Getting better, however I really hate the lighting on the main text. It makes it look really bad. Try changing it up by increasing the ambient light. Also, make it a little visually appealing, the piece looks very bland atm.

I dislike the look of je-parts, I feel it could use a different font or color.

I like the theme your aiming for with this, a sort of neon glow? If my criticism means anything, may i suggest working on the top right area for it is a drop-off with complete black. Also maybe with better positioning the "JE-PARTS" would have some depth.
