    They are not removing the option of SMS pins, they are changing the carrier. It used to be Surfpin, now it's Paymo. The difference is that Paymo will send a verification message which will stop online fraud in chat rooms etc.

    Despite what many people are claiming, Sythe pin prices will not be affected by this. Although there are a few UK SMS pins out there, the majority on Sythe are Australian PBP. They are not removing these. This is because they are obtained via pinlines by a select few and circulated throughout all the black-markets.

    Pin lines will get closed soon and Jagex will make Paymo option for Australia and will close Australia sms option and maybe phone one.

    Pin sales are mostly Aus PBP, I don't think it's going to effect the pin market at all so I don't think it will make a difference in their sales.

    I don't think this is a smart move from jagex seeing as most pins come from SMS.

    well i hope they don't ruin sms payment cose i always buy pins from internet and i don't even have any other method. Hope australia will stay.

    Isn't that why they added Paymo?
    To be honest, I like SMS better than Paymo but now I can actually buy pins with Paymo since it supports T-mobile.

    So howcome if you still text hd to 64337 you get a message saying the usual message to get membership? Because I just tried it and it comes up with the usual message, it just doesnt say what to text when you're under sms pins option
