Buying Xfer method 10M+/h Paypal low requirements

Hey,

Looking to buy a Xfering method that can do at least 10M per hour and has low requirements.

I have looked over the forum and currently my best bet required 80 hunter so i have to pass on that.

I Have no intention of leaking/reselling this is strictly for personal use.

The better the guide the more I'm willing to pay.

I have a method which requires one of your account to be high cooking.
